MarthaH Business Consulting is the brainchild of a seasoned Strategic HR Consultant practicing in South Africa and the SADC region. She holds a degree in Human Resource Management, a Master of Business Administration degree, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI and a Skillls Development Facilitator, Assessor and Facilitator accreditation. Our services ranges across operational and strategic areas of HR such as HR Stategy Development, Change Management, Learning and Development, Organisational Design, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development and Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, HR Compliance, SETA Funding Administration and other HR areas.
